Since 1921, on a hacienda in Arandas, Jalisco, we slow-ferment and distill in copper stills.
Every bottle begins with mature agave, harvested by hand by jimadores who learned the craft from their fathers. No shortcuts, no additives — only time, fire, and spring water.
