1921 TeqGroni
The centennial Negroni, reimagined with the warmth of traditional Mexican Café de Olla. Elegant. Slightly dangerous. Built for slow conversations.
Ingredients
- 1 oz (30 ml) 1921 Tequila Añejo
- 1 oz (30 ml) Campari
- 1 oz (30 ml) Sweet vermouth
- ½ oz (15 ml) Café de Olla concentrate, cooled
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Method
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir for 25–30 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
Orange peel and a cinnamon stick on the rim.
