02 · RETURNS

Product returns

If you purchased Casa 1921 products at a licensed retailer — such as Total Wine & More, Twin Liquors, Discount Liquor, Specs Liquor & Wine Whol, Alamo City Liquor or any other authorized seller — all return requests must be directed to that retailer in accordance with their individual return policies.

Please note that the sale and return of alcoholic beverages is regulated at the state level in the United States. Applicable laws and retailer policies vary by location. We recommend contacting your retailer directly for guidance.

Circumstances that may warrant a return request with your retailer include:

• A bottle received with visible damage or defects
• A product that does not match the item described at point of sale
• Any quality concern with the product

03 · CANCELLATIONS

Order cancellations

Casa 1921 does not accept or process orders through this website; therefore, we do not have a cancellation process for direct orders. If you placed an order through a third-party retailer’s website or platform, please contact that retailer directly to request a cancellation before your order ships.

Once an order has been shipped by the retailer, cancellation may no longer be possible and the retailer’s return policy will apply.
